Tuesday was the boys' first day of school at Veritas Academy. Teddy started 3rd grade with Miss Donovan, his teacher from last year and Benedict started Kindergarten with Miss Gardner, the new teacher. In America Kindergarten is the first grade in school. In Romania Kindergarten is called "grupa pregatitoare" and is the last year of Preschool. It's kind of confusing but the bottom line is that Benedict started "school" this year.
There are about 13 children now at Veritas (there were only 8 last year) in grades K through 3rd. and 2 teachers (one for K and 1st and one for 2nd and 3rd).
Benedict likes school so far. Last year he was crying all the time when Teddy and Tavis were going to school and he had to stay home.
Cecilia started preschool on Tuesday. She will go 2 days a week for 5 hours a day.
The house is very quiet now without the boys. It is so much easier without them here the whole day.
